17 mo. old m GSD was in bed w- us & vomitted shortly after barking@ some1, then did it again two more times?

He's been acting mostly normal, but came over to me& sat, then looked @ me sad like, so I let him out where he puked again. nothing last night but nrml food & a carrott. should I be concerned?
