What should I do about my dentist?

About three years ago, I found an article for a special on braces. Setup an appointment, what seemed to be a well run operation. Beautiful office, in a very upscale neighborhood-so I felt confident. Having an overbite never really bothered me but I thought "Hey why fix and have a perfect smile." The doctor and his wife emphasized and seem very excited to offer me a discount on my mouth of metal. Everything went well I had a great relationship with my dentist, everything was fine...Until I started to have trouble with the financing not that I wasn't paying but I consistency ran into problem, so i delt with it fine. Then I tried to get my insurance to pay out the max of dental work per year. The dentist told me the insurance never paid, called the insurance company turns out they paid along time ago-the dentist inflated the price of the dental work, by the amount paid, and collected the insurance. Then my wisdoms began to hurt, so I asked him to pull the, he quoted me 1000 per tooth, I wasn't sure I like that price so I was walking out and was scheduled for a cleaning in a week, he said he could pull them then, I said ahhh..well see of the wisdom's. As I was leaving I heard him whisper to his receptionist, to put it on my bill. I was feed up, its been eight months since I have seen him. I still paying for these braces, but the process isnt moving forward. I dont know what to do.
