Maggots found on food ?

Hi , I bought some peperoni today it the store as soon as i got home i made pizza with it , I had a little left over so i zipped it up ( it had a closeable seal) and put it in the frige later this night i was going for a little snack and noticed these little eggs (very tiny ) i kind of knew what it was but to be sure i looked up what maggot eggs look like and sure enough it was. what can i do my family ate that peperoni are we gonna get sick ? should i sue the company that makes the peperoni for there poor shiping?
