Bible orders to shaving the heads of all Christian women if they do not cover head.?

In culture back in biblical times, a woman was supposed to cover her head for modesty is what I believe. But now that times have changed, I don't believe that this is still in effect. The Bible also says that a womans hair is her covering, and her glory. I think that God meant this in a different way then what it has been tooken as.
