My 4 wk old kitten has had very loose stool for about 3 days, help.?

Get her into the vet's office as soon as you can. She can easily dehydrate. Have the vet also check her for giardia as well as uncommon parasites. Loose stools can end a very young kitten's life quickly. Hope she recovers.
