How do you determine what is insulting or ranting content and how do you determine what is chatting?

It seems pretty clear to me. If you go into a question like you are going to report it, the definitions are underneath. So, insulting or ranting is people who put you down just because they get off on it. They usually don't have a real question but are just trying to get their anger out. Chatting is when your just talking to be talking. Yahoo answers is for when you really have a legitamate question, not just cuz you're bored.
