I'm having a ton of problems with my girlfriend?

we've been dating for over two months and we've had a couple "quarrels" but now they're really getting to me. they wouldn't be so bad if i could tell that she actually cared about our relationship. it seems strange that even tho i'm the guy I'm worrying about it but i am. she barely shows any affection and doesn't welcome that much from me so it's impossible for me to tell that she actually cares anyway. i think that i could accept the other things if i actually knew it was worth it
