I saw 2 docs for headaches. They ran blood labs and said I was fine. Would this be a pre existing condition?

I was uninsured at the time. (about a month ago). Now I have an opportunity to have health insurance but I'm concerned over the insurers wording of pre-existing which states: "If someone has shown symptoms of a health condition, or been treated for one, before their coverage begins, it is called a pre-existing condition." Would this be considered pre-existing, even if not diagnosed? And didn't the 6th circuit court rule recently that undiagnosed illness cannot be considered pre-existing condition? I'm so confused!
