I'm a big fan of ....how can i break the news to my friends?

i've been gay for a while now, yet i haven't broke the news to my friends....not to mention that i have a huge crush on one of my best friends, mitchell, he talks with a lisp and i can't help but laugh at how cute it is. hehe....what can i do to ease the tension?
