Just got a job at macaroni grill as a server...?

and i was wondering if anyone has ever worked there (previously or present) what are the tips like? Weekdays, weekends, whenever. I know it's a little more upscale than a chilis or olive garden, but what are the average amount of tips I'm looking to get. Thanks for your help!
