My dvd writer:lg gsa-h55n used to write dual layers earlier and now the burning fails(nero is sayin) and even?

windows is saying..b4 it burned nfshp4bt it was unable to read the disc wen i insertd again to the drive..2day 3 dual layers have been wasted..3 of them failed and the disc became unreadable.
