Professional Truck Drivers: "How do you reverse a truck with 2 pivot points?"?

Pulled doubles and a few triples, and I don't get into a situation where I have to reverse. If you have to, the manual says you drop the rear pup and back with just one pup. Truck stops around big roads that see multiples, have special pull-thru parking slots for them. And, in a lot of states, multiples are not allowed off the really big hiways.
