Whats wrong with this picture???

Ok, thank the lord that my G Daughter ped the Ohio Grad Test. However, as an average student, I was worried. The sad part is this, her pal of the last 4 years who has been on the honor roll with each grading period and has never missed a day of sch in the past 4 years, did not p all of the sections of the test. My G Daughter will get her Grad Certificate, her pal will not. Someone tell me, is this good for our youth who have had the outstanding sch record that she did??? Also, the state wants longer sch days and more sch weeks. This of course will cost millions of more tax money in utilities and wages. When is enough going to be enough???
