AIT..7 Months...Relationship on Pause?

Ok So my girlfreind is going to AIT for 7 months to Ft. Huachuca and wont be back till july, She was just here for Block leave and she mentioned to me that she thought it would be best if we put things on pause until she came back in july, At first i thought it was not a good thing but it might be because i see the logic behind it but I love her and im pretty sure that i can wait 7 months for her espcilly since ill see her in february for her Graduation from BCT and most likely in March fo he birthday. But now im getting paranoid about her why she wants to put our relationship on pause for? Any ideas? Do you think she plans to mess around? I mean i feel like she doesnt want to work at our relationship like me, I mean I know we have a strong connection ad we love each other but now Im scared i might lose her. By the way Im a girl too.
