My Blood Pressure Has Dropped To 107/43?

Lately I've been feeling really tired, getting more and more headaches, getting dizzy, and my vision goes blurry sometimes :( I'm a 25 year old female, and I know girls generally have lower blood pressure than men- but I'm wondering if my symptoms are due to my blood pressure? It's been low for a while, but not this low. I drink lots of fluids, I'm otherwise in generally good health (I smoke, maybe 3 a day) but I don't eat junk food, I'm 5 foot even and 105 pounds so I don't think I'm technically over weight lol. Just seeing if anyone else has been feeling this way? And what they did to feel better? I avoid stores now because it's like a sensory overload- my eyes twitch, I cant focus and occasionally my knees buckle. How well will my diet work?

I'm a 23 yr old male @ 163 lbs - my goal is to gain 7 lbs of muscle. According to my handy dandy iPhone app, I need to consume around 2500 calories a day. I eat eggs,fruit... Basically well rounded meals - it's more continuously throughout the day though rather than at scheduled intervals. I drink about 300 calories worth of whey protein (2 cups milk included) and drink half before the half after my workout. Each workout is around 350 avg vardio and I don't have much other than dumbells and a multi-use pull up bar. I'm curious as to whether I can reach my goal. I know little of nutrition. Also, like I said I need to consume 2500 calories but how does burning calories effect my muscle gain and about how many calories should I burn a day? Thanks

your only issue is physically, you gotta strengthen your joints and limbs... wall sits will pretty much cure your knee pains as long as you have never seriously injured them... you probably will get shin splints too, so its as simple as sitting with feet flat and lifting your feet up repeatedly while your heels stay on the ground... ankle do calf raises on something elevated 4 inches off the ground... be gradual when starting these exercise even though simple if you neer done them before you will be very sore... aslo for knee pains its usually from bad tracking, wall sits correct the tracking, but you should also do isolated squats with feet pointing out... on for your arthritis thing... yoga plain and simple.... if your not over thirty it means your just not active, not arthritis, maybe more tendonitis than that... okay and now i wish you good luck, its gets old typing the same things over and over again.... oh and once you get all these simple exercises pretty much in the bag, just and ankle weights or weight vest...

Why won't my car start?

I have a 2000 buick lesabre custom with a 3.8 engine and recently it won't start, when i first noticed this problem it took me a few tries but it started then later that day i got stranded at the mall i tried getting a jump(no luck) ended up having it towed now since then i have had a new starter installed, had my brand new battery charged and checked, and changed the starter relay(which on my car is a little box shaped plug under the hood in the fuse box), checked for corrosion on the battery it's self and the cables and there is none to be found, mind you all of the lights and other electronic gizmo's on my car are working and when i go to start the car i hear a click or a low and slow whirring sound as if the engine is trying to turn over but won't and with the new starter i had it tested to make sure it was working and it worked just fine when tested but when installed it won't engage the flywheel now it is the same size as the old one that was taken out (which i found out after i bought the new one was fine) we tried installing it with 2 shims still nothing, it makes the click and that's all or the low and slow whirring sound or sometimes no sound at all now i was told there are no broken teeth or cracks or holes or dents in the flywheel so what could it be? oh and i don't know if this helps but my car has a voltage reader on the dash and it is reading at an 11.3 so can anybody please tell me what could be the cause of this disturbance

How can you be confident without being good at something?

FYI I'm in high school and It's just I've had a constant problem socially that goes all the way back to when I was 8 years old and I guess I'm just very insecure, but I have had a rollercoaster ride in my social life because in Elementary I was a loud, confident, outgoing, and had many friends. But when I went into Middle School I was a pretty big nerd because I wore gles, was bony, played lots of video games, and I wasn't very athletic. So I got picked on for it and I became very angry and unconfident only engaging a real conversation with people more unpopular than me...so I guess the problem is I don't really feel confident unless I am the most dominant or close to it. But then I got into sports (mainly soccer) and became slightly more athletic and the kids I played against kids who were so lazy or uncoordinated, so they made me very confident and then I just got y, when I really wasn't that good. Then I made too high ambissions like being the captain of the team and I didn't even make it and I actually didn't work for it either because I thought I was already good enough, so that was definitely a real blow to my self-esteem. So I am just barely better than average in my athletic abilities. And so that has boosted my popularity to middle-cl and I just still feel miserable, but I am happy I have friends that I can have normal functional relationships with. But I am very envious of some of my friends because they have a gf or have gotten laid and they ask me why I haven't done either yet, so I made up a story that I had a gf in middle school (since not many ppl knew I existed then anyways) and said it didn't work out and most ppl bought. So since not making the soccer team I have had many rejection issues and insecurities. I also feel uncomfortable speaking in front of a cl, but I manage with that. But since then I have made the soccer team for the new high school I go to (only cause there's not that many ppl attending) and I don't even play that much and ride the bench most of the game. Socially ppl just see me as jus some kid who was in that one cl or I guess an average joe. But I also see ppl who are bigger losers than me getting decent gf's and I just don't get it. Anyways sorry for writing a lot, but I want to know how to be confident without being good or just average at something?

OK so i want to know whats the LATEST time the HCV virus or hepatitis c will show in your body or blood. I know its usually 3-6 months but can it take longer than that i.e several years!!!!!!! The reason i ask this is because I had a blood transfusion 3 months back and I am Absolutely S!*$ing myself as i fear that later on in life this virus will show up even if i get tested in 6 months and it comes back negative. Help! my horse has a weird skin rash thing and I need to know how to treat it!?

Here's the deal. The horse that I ride and love (but do not own) has something weird going on with his legs. He gets these black dot things that look like little dirt but they stick to his fur and you can't just brush them out I usually have to pick them out with my fingers. He's a fleabitten grey TB in case that helps. I Gave him a full on bath yesterday and found that they still didn't really come out. The water pressure brought a few of them out but there's still tons on his legs that i can't get rid of. This only happens on the lower half of his legs. so it's not like going up to his shoulders or anything. I know he doesn't have rain rot cuz his coat isn't all gunky and matted and his hair doesn't fall out when i groom him. I tried coating him with Furizone after his bath and i also caked corona on his back legs afterwards. I haven't gone out to the barn yet to check on him. I ahve a five year old sone, he is always very serious and ill. I try to play with him but he gets mad at me if I sing or dance or do anything like that...he acts like its emabrring. Why won't my husband have with me anymore?

I can't give you names for your characters, however they do not need to be super pretty/interesting. How often is their last name going to come up in your story? Look to the people around you, what are their last names? Borrow them. See an interesting name on the internet? Use it. Keep your eyes and ears open. But last names are not super important, they're just good for introductions, focus more on writing your story and if you need a last name add it in later when you find something you like. So consider other schools as well. For those schools, you need the highest grades in the hardest cles and very high test scores just to have a shot at them, and then you need a lot more. Your plans for clubs are good, but far too many. MIT will limit you to listing 5 or less - quality over quantity. One or two great activities, like getting an invention patented or doing original scientific research that gets published (and yes, top high school students do these things) look better than joining every club out there. If this is the case, start off slowly by letting the cat get use to the harness a little bit at a time indoors. Give kitty treats when she has the harness on. Also, this is not to scare you but to make you aware that this could be a possibility, you'll need to bring some pepper spray with you in case their is a loose dog running around that doesn't like cats. Other then that, it is a great way to exercise your new kitty. Every cat is different so it is hard to say what it will do on the walk, but it should pretty much stay close to you. 6 month old baby and solid feeding issues: constipation?

My almost 6 month old starting eating solids at about 4 months old. Since then he has had an on again/off again issue with constipation. I've seen the doctor for it once to find out if he had an obstruction in his intestines, took X-Rays and everything was fine. The doctor told me to switch to Soy formulas, use apple juice or prune juice, high fiber solids and make sure he's getting the right amount of fluids. Well I did just that, fed him prune juice and pureed prunes fallowed by a top off of soy formula for dinner one night. He was still constipated. So I stopped feeding him solids altogether. It's been about 3 days of nothing but Soy formula and today he has been constipated with hard pellet-like poops. I want to call the doctor, but he said to try this for a few weeks then if nothing works he'll prescribe us a baby laxative. I don't know if I can wait. My baby is in pain and I can't imagine it being good for his body to strain so hard. Any one ever had this problem? What did you do? Should I just bite the bullet and call the doc? Any advice would be great.

What is your opinion on long arm penalties?

One of the major sticking points with the ELVs was that the short arm penalties failed to stop ruck and maul infringements. Yes play was started quicker with the short arms but there was no deterrent to slowing the ball down. Much as I hated to see penalty shootouts, it is often the only way to stop teams "cheating" in this area. An obvious answer to this is to bring back rucking. As well under the ELVs the ball seemed to be kicked much more in general play, which was a pain.

I read ALOT, and I didn't want to read these because of all the hype about them (lol, this was even before all the movie craze). I've stopped reading "young adult" books a long time ago so I was reluctant about that aspect too, but trust me, you'll freaking love them. They're like crack. I read all four (and bought) within a week. As far as from a literature standpoint Meyer's writing is not all that great, but you'll find yourself so deeply involved in the story you just don't care.

How do you teach someone to be clean & organized?

I would like to know how does one teach someone to be neat and organized without offending them? My roommate and I had a discussion yesterday and voiced to her that it is obvious that our interpretation of, Clean and Organized, are different. Simple things such as picking up behind yourself and cleaning the shower after use have been problematic between us. In truth I feel as though my roommate is content with a messy home and detest a clean and organized home. In truth I am finding myself trying to do whatever it takes not to come home. I can not even get up in the morning without worrying about stepping or tripping over something. My question is simple, how do you teach someone to be clean and organized without offending them. I mean I am still emotionally upset when my roommate had her used tampons stuck onto the carpet and one was on top of the bathroom sink. I confronted her about this and she became offended saying, "I left it there for a second and I was going to throw it away." IMO this is just repulsive.

A few years back, a friend of mine applied for the first home club (a government program that allows first time homebuyers to open a savings account, save for a specified period of time, take homebuyers education, and then receive a grant from the FHLBNY for $7500 towards the downpayment or closing costs of your first home) and was approved based on his income. In order to be approved, you had to be no more than 80% of the median income of your area. He was in the program 12 months, and before he was able to buy a house, he got married, which meant that his wife would have to be added onto the application and the application would have to be requalified based on income at the time of the original application (I know, its hard to follow). Well, earlier this year, that is exactly what they did. They communicated with their Home Buying Counselor, and gave her all the relevant information. The housing counselor, in turn, gave that information to the Community Development officer at the bank, who in turn would present it to the FHLBNY to approve. My friend specifically stated to them he would not be able to buy a house without the grant money. So, after the tax returns and w2s were presented to the counselor, then to the bank, then to FHLBNY, he received an email back stating "FHLBNY has accepted the w2s as satisfactory doentation to income qualify for the first home club program, so they may proceed as a 2 person household". They proceeded, put an offer in on a house, applied for the mtg with the bank, was approved, and scheduled a closing date for the last of the month. Continually along the way, he informed them that he wouldn't be able to afford the house without the grant, and they told him everything would be taken care of. Lo and behold, 3 days before his scheduled closing, the bank gets back to him to tell him the FHLBNY will not approve the grant based on the numbers when they requalified him with his wife. However, all along the way, he was told he was approved to proceed, he took the required cles ($200), he put the offer in on the house and incurred expenses their (nearly $2000.00), and was forced to buy the house without the grant, causing his MTG to be 7500 greater, increasing his payment straining his budget, and also incurring a much higher PMI as a result. The question is posed, does he have any legal recourse against the bank, the government agency who was the intermediary, or the FHLBNY for not approving his grant at the last minute after he was led all along to believe that it was approved ( he has emails showing that fact).

What should I do when I've spent a lot of time and money on my art and no one cares?

The art in question is music and I've been recording and playing it for over 10 years. Yet, getting people to come to shows or even show the slightest bit of interest gets harder and harder as the years go by. Maybe I'm not very good. I don't know. I think I'm pretty good. One would think after 10 years you'd get to be fairly proficient at your craft. Still, after all this time, the indifference shown to me hits my like a brick in the face after each show and after each release. I honestly forgot about my wisdom teeth and I signed my Army Contract!!!?

I know there are going to be some haters out there, but i recently signed my army contract. Now, understand that I am human and I am going to make many mistakes in my life, but i honestly forgot to put that I had wisdom teeth out on my medical part of the contract. Hi all. I would like some feedback to see if this can be diagnosed. Within the past few years I've felt as if there is something mentally wrong with me. It's not just with parties or concerts, but any public interaction I am extremely uncomfortable with. I used to work at a movie theater and I couldn't stand it. I hated the idea of customer service, I completely despised what is was. I hated being in a situation where I would act completely fake to this other person, and they would do the same back. After quitting there I haven't even applied anywhere else. The only other places hiring are customer service jobs and I really can't do it again. It's so bad that I can barely go to the store. I feel so uncomfortable in public, like everyone is watching and judging me. When it does come down to it though I'm good at faking basic human interactions though. So I come here asking for some input on my current situation. I've done a little research myself and I've found I resemble some traits of Schizophrenia(negative symptoms) or some form of Bipolar Disorder. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!

Dying a skirt for my wedding?

I am getting married in less than 4 months and I need to dye a skirt of my to wear down the aisle. We've already decided it will be a non-formal wedding, just close family and friends. I'm 31 weeks pregnant today. Had a dr appointment where he had reviewed a sonogram that I had from 2 weeks ago. He told us not to worry, but that he was required to let us know that my sons kidneys are slightly bigger then they would normally be at this point. He said it is something they see a lot now, with all the newer technology and it's nothing to get worried about. Has anyone else been told this and had a healthy baby? I'm trying not to worry but I'm just a worrier :( my dr even told me not to go home and start googling this or I would just be worrying.. Ofcourse I didn't listen. Through my search I found this may be ociated with down syndrome. Talk about terrifying. I had a screening at 13 weeks to look for signs of ds where they do an ultrasound and take a blood sample and give you a probability based off the info and your age. I'm 23 and it came out fine. If my baby was at risk for ds would there be other signs?

My sister is much younger than I am and she didn't suffer the abuse my older sister and I did. She tends to see something and panic, whereas I would stay level headed. I have witnessed and lived more trauma and violence than she has, so it takes more to rattle me. I would think that your boyfriend dealt with what he saw by drinking with his buddies. When we had a tragedy in the military, we let the guys who handled it, go out drinking. I guess that is how guys deal with some things. I am sorry you saw such a terrible thing. I agree with you when you say that The Exorcist and Halloween were some of the scariest movies ever made. I didn't see Night of the Living Dead or The Texas Chainsaw Macre. Another car question, 17 year old boy?

Ok, I'm really struggling to find a first car. For a start I live in the Highlands of Scotland and it is about 2 hours to any decent car dealership. I have looked on Autotrader and I have come up with some possibilities all of which are ok price wise (insurance as well). There is a Nissan Micra Gx (1998), but its metallic burgundy colour (not sure what to think of it). A Peugeot 106 (1997 I think) which seems good but reviews say that the pedals are too close and too small. Renault Clio is another possible model but its difficult finding one for a decent price nearby. I had looked at a Vauxhall Corsa (1998 I think) but my uncle who is like a car expert has advised me not to get one. Finally the old Ford Fiesta cars seem alright as well but again its difficult finding one I like around here. I'm so confused, its difficult getting cars around here anyway, and the price of the car with insurance I'm aiming to get for �2000 roughly and with the models mentioned thats what I would get (all the cars have been used before). Anybody have any recomendations or websites that sell good second hand cars?

Bruised ankle during dance but not from twisting or rolling it... help!?

I was learning a routine and while figuring out one part I bruised my ankle. The choreography was that you lie down and bend your left leg (knee to ceiling) and right leg (flat on floor, knee outwards as if doing ballet pirouette) and after raising your torso up into sitting position you had to use your arm to push you up onto one leg. I was probably doing wrong, and I leaned too much on my ankle (the bent leg that was flat on the floor) and b/c I have bony ankles and leaned on that one ankle I have a bruise over it now. It doesn't hurt to walk, but it hurts to press on it and is quite large. Help, anyone? I won't lean on it again but how do I fix the bruise? Any suggestions? sorry it's confusing & thx!

One of the books was about a little pig who's mom brought home tons of doughnuts and he was not to eat them but while she was gone he ate them all and got so big he floated up into the sky. I remember reading this one when I was four so would have been around 1979-1980. The other books were a series and they were hardback covered. They were something like Pickle street or something books. There was a pink pig character and a purple walrus. I don't remember much more about them except on the covers there was always a thin green oval that read pickle something. Can't remember what. These I read in school in the 80's. Moderate Christians, how do you feel about Evangelicals and Fundamentalist Christians?

Taking the Bible literally is, of course, not a good idea. I have spoken out many times against the excesses of Fundamentalism, and frequently point out that not all Christians are Fundamentalists. However, if someone holds a certain set of beliefs and isn't trying to get those beliefs drafted into law, I support their right to believe as they wish. I am against aggressive proselytizing, attempts at blurring the separation of church and state, and bigotry in the name of religion. But as far as people just holding some private beliefs that could be categorized as Evangelical in nature, that's their own business. I don't want to live in a theocracy, and will fight against it at every turn. But I also support freedom of religion, and don't want to interfere with other people's beliefs, unless they're actually harming someone. As for "Satan's army", I feel that Satan is more of a psychological archetype than an actual personage.

I am having car trouble pleeeease help?!?

ok so i just bought a 2009 ford escape 2 months ago. I didnt get a warranty, i signed an as is form, although i was never told that the car had a problem. It turns out that i have a problem with the the transmssion fluid. Fluid was leaking and god knows how long i was driving with little to none transmssion fluid. My mechanic thinks this could have affected the transmission. The initial reason i took it to the mechanic was because my cars rpm goes from 1 to 3 for no reason. I know that the rpm naturally goes up as you accelerate. But ill be going 20mph and the cars rpm will go from 1 to 3 causing a jerk thats extremely annoying. It jerks about 10 times during a ride around town. the leak was fixed but the jerking wasnt and my mechanic couldnt say what the problem was. Could it have been because i drove the car for around 2 months with a leakage i didnt even knowing about, causing the transmission to go bad? i sure hope that thats not the case because the stupid people i bought the car from could care less about the problem. im not trying to gain pity but i saved up 4500 for 3 years that i put as a down pymt, spent 1000 to get the fluid problem fixed, go to school and work and rely on transportatoin and if im gonna spend 15k on a car i expect for it to work!!!! im totally broke right now and wanted to trade in my car for a new one at another dealer but i would only get like 1000 dollars once the car is paid off by the dealer since i still owe 11k...all my down pymt went down the drain..3 years of saving up for nothing :( im sooooooooo upset idk what to do. I just want to take my car to the dump. anyway anyone know what could be causing the rpm to go wack?
